U.S. Government regulations mandate that all F and J student visa holders complete the International Student Check-in process to maintain their 色色啦. To ensure you meet the requirements for maintaining your 色色啦 after entry, we require that all uploaded documents be accurate, up-to-date, and legible.
Spring 2025 Check-In Deadline: January 10th, 2025 
How do I complete my Check-In?
  1. Go to the portal and click 鈥淟ogin鈥�
  2. Use your KSU student email and password to log in
  3. Choose the Orientation Tab
  4. Select the correct Student Check-In e-form for your visa type (F-1 / J-1/J-1 Sponsored Student) 

 

What documents/Information do I need to upload?
  1. Copy of Passport
  2. Copy of Visa*
  3. I-94 document*  
  4. Copy of your signed KSU I-20
  5. Current U.S. Address and Emergency Contacts
  6. Copies of passport, visa, I-94, and signed KSU I-20 for all dependents 

*Students that completed a change of 色色啦 may upload their I-797 form and previous visa.
