Kennesaw State University Department of Student Activities The Kennesaw State University Department of Student Activities brings you services,
resources, activities and events from the nonacademic side of college life. We like
to think of ourselves as a classroom - without walls. We hope your KSU experience
will be richer because of us!
StopHazing.org serves as a resource for accurate, up-to-date hazing information for
students, parents, and educators.
HazingPreventionNetwork.Org is a national organization dedicated to its mission to
empower people to prevent hazing in college and university student groups. HPN provides
education, develop resources and build partnerships with others to support the work
that they do.
The NPC supports it鈥檚 26 women鈥檚 fraternities by promoting values, education, leadership, friendship, cooperation and citizenship.
The NPHC fosters cooperative actions of it鈥檚 nine member organizations in dealing with matters of mutual concern, promoting the well-being of it鈥檚 affiliate fraternities and sororities, facilitating the establishment and assisting the development of local councils of the NPHC and provides leadership training for it鈥檚 constituents.
The NIC advocates the needs of its 75 member men鈥檚 fraternities through enrichment of the fraternity experience; advancement and growth of the fraternity community; enhancement of the educational mission of the host institutions; and remains committed to enhancing the benefits of fraternity membership.

NALFO is an umbrella council for Latino Greek Letter Organizations. The purpose of
NALFO is to promote and foster positive interfraternal relations, communication, and
development of all Latino Fraternal organizations through mutual respect, leadership,
honesty, professionalism, and education. Established in 1998, NALFO has 19 member
organizations from across the United States.
AFA provides support and resources information for professionals working with fraternities
and sororities.
Lambda 10 serves as a National Clearinghouse for gay, lesbian and bisexual issues
for fraternity and sorority men and women.
The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values exists to stimulate the growth and
development of fraternity/sorority councils and chapters by promoting leadership,
educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their
advisors, and the larger fraternal market.
The Southeastern Interfraternity Conference (SEIFC) is a voluntary association of
fraternity governing councils in the southeastern United States. SEIFC is one of the
three regional associations throughout North America designed to bring together institutions
and individuals with a commitment to fraternity life on college and university campuses.

Owl Life is the web-based platform used to access all Registered Student Organizations,
explore various on-campus departments, voice your opinion in campus wide votes, &
discover events to enhance your student experience at KSU.
Student Code of Conduct All students are responsible for knowing the information, policies and procedures
outlined in the Kennesaw State University Codes of Conduct. The KSU Codes of Conduct
include: the general Student Code of Conduct, the Residential Code of Conduct, and
the Code of Academic Integrity.
Volunteerism and Service Learning Support The Department of Student Volunteerism and Service connects KSU students with community partners through regular service events and volunteer opportunities.
Women's Resource & Violence Prevention Center The Women's Resource Center's mission is to enhance academic, personal, and professional performance and empower members of the KSU community to reach their full potential by striving to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
The KSU Writing Center promotes an institutional culture that understands, values,
and supports writing and literacy as integral to the intellectual, professional, and
social life of the university.
Counseling and Psychological Services University life can present many challenges. Good mental health and wellbeing are
the foundation for your success in college. Being proactive, advocating for what you
need and taking steps to build your personal resiliency is easier than ever. Counseling

Division of Student Affairs The Division of Student Affairs prepares students for their future by fostering learning
beyond the classroom through innovative and transformative experiences.
Kennesaw State University is committed to maintaining an environment in which concerns
are addressed in a fair and collegial manner. Students are encouraged to always first
begin with informal resolution directly with the individual and/or office with whom
the student has a grievance. When a resolution cannot be informally reached, formal
written complaints can be submitted online through this website. The more information

Behavioral Response Team Kennesaw State University seeks to foster a proactive climate of care that can only be achieved through cooperative input from the entire community. To that end, KSU has created a Behavioral Response Team (BRT) that takes a planned approach to identifying and assisting individuals who are distressed and/or exhibiting abnormal, threatening, or dangerous behavior.

Max Gruver Act Compliance
On May 9岬検, 2021, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp passed into law the 鈥淢ax Gruver Act鈥 which amends the state鈥檚 hazing laws found in OCGA 16-5-61. This new law requires a webpage dedicated to the public disclosure of (1) administrative adjudication of hazing (internal institutional investigations and hearings) and (2) hazing related convictions (external criminal convictions).

staff in order to promote equity and foster a sense of community.
FSL works closely with the Department of Student Conduct & Academic Integrity to ensure our organizations and members are following all applicable policies and responsibilities.

The expressed or implied willingness of the victim(s) is not a defense.
Any suspected violation of this policy should be reported to the Department of Fraternity
& Sorority Life or the Department of Student Conduct & Academic Integrity.
