As part of KSU's commitment to enhancing our community and culture, a new division has been established to address Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership and Institutional Development. The division is tasked with improving strategic and institutional planning and execution, creating a culture of leadership, and promoting a welcoming campus climate, all aligning with our ongoing efforts for continuous growth and improvement.
Considering these goals, Dr. Sonia Toson has been appointed as the Vice President to lead this new division and initiative. Her leadership will play a pivotal role in supporting our pursuit of excellence in all that we do.
